1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Unsmoke ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Unsmoke is a quit smoking tracker that helps users monitor their smoke-free progress, money saved, health improvements, and daily challenges. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Unsmoke is a motivational tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider regarding smoking cessation.

4. User Accounts

You may optionally sign in with Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Most data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Unsmoke are the property of Two Type Studio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unsmoke is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Health statistics shown are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
