1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Two Type Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Two Type Studio develops and operates mobile applications including Talk To Quran, DoYouGoo, and Smart Notebook. Our apps may include both free and premium subscription-based features.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require an active subscription.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create within our applications (journal entries, notes, queries). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our applications use AI technology to generate responses, insights, and summaries. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice (medical, legal, religious, or otherwise). Users should exercise their own judgment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Share, transfer, or sell your account access
• Use automated systems to access our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and software within our applications are the property of Two Type Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Two Type Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
