1. Parties
Seller (Service Provider):
Buyer (User): The individual who accepts this agreement by purchasing a subscription
through the Talk To Quran mobile application.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of the Talk To Quran Premium
digital subscription service. The agreement is established electronically between the Service Provider
and the Buyer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and electronic commerce regulations.
3. Product / Service Information
- Service Name: Talk To Quran Premium Subscription
- Service Type: Digital Content / Mobile Application Service
- Description: Premium features including unlimited AI spiritual conversations, full
Quran access with tafsir, personalized daily verses, advanced prayer time features with
notifications, complete dua collection, hadith library, and ad-free experience.
- Delivery Method: Instant digital delivery upon purchase confirmation
- Platform: iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store)
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Talk To Quran offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: Billed every 7 days
- Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days
- Annual Plan: Billed every 365 days (discounted rate)
All prices are displayed in the user's local currency within the application before purchase. Prices
include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary by region.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Two Type Studio does not directly collect, store, or process any payment card information.
- Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
6. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the
current period expires.
- The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Users can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Free Trial
- Trial duration and eligibility are displayed before purchase.
- If the user does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid
subscription.
- Free trials are available once per Apple ID or Google Play account.
8. Right of Withdrawal
As Talk To Quran Premium is a digital service delivered instantly upon purchase:
- As a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply
in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding digital content.
- By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges immediate delivery and waives the right of
withdrawal.
For refund requests, users may contact Apple or Google directly.
9. Service Availability
- Two Type Studio aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
10. User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
- The service must be used in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Liability
- AI-generated spiritual guidance is for informational purposes only and should not replace scholarly
or professional religious advice.
- Two Type Studio is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts
in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider.
- This Agreement is governed by applicable international consumer protection laws.
