1. Parties
Seller (Service Provider):
Buyer (User): The individual who accepts this agreement by purchasing a subscription
through the Smart Notebook mobile application.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of the Smart Notebook Premium
digital subscription service. The agreement is established electronically between the Service Provider
and the Buyer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and electronic commerce regulations.
3. Product / Service Information
- Service Name: Smart Notebook Premium Subscription
- Service Type: Digital Content / Mobile Application Service
- Description: Premium features including unlimited AI-powered note summaries, smart
auto-tagging and categorization, advanced rich text editor with markdown, unlimited cloud storage,
cross-device sync, priority support, and ad-free experience.
- Delivery Method: Instant digital delivery upon purchase confirmation
- Platform: iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store)
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Smart Notebook offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days
- Annual Plan: Billed every 365 days (discounted rate)
All prices are displayed in the user's local currency within the application before purchase. Prices
include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Two Type Studio does not directly collect, store, or process any payment card information.
- Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
6. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the
current period expires.
- Users can manage and cancel subscriptions through:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Free Trial
- Trial duration and eligibility are displayed before purchase.
- If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid.
- Free trials are available once per Apple ID or Google Play account.
8. Right of Withdrawal
As Smart Notebook Premium is a digital service delivered instantly:
- As a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply
in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding digital content.
- By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges immediate delivery and waives the right of
withdrawal.
For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly.
9. Service Availability
- Two Type Studio aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
10. User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
- Users retain ownership of their notes and content.
11. Liability
- AI-generated summaries and organization are for informational purposes only.
- Two Type Studio is not liable for any loss of data beyond what is covered by the cloud backup
system.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts
in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider.
- This Agreement is governed by applicable international consumer protection laws.
