Delete Account & Data

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from DoYouGoo, you can do so directly within the app or by contacting us.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Step 1: Open the DoYouGoo App.
Step 2: Go to Profile tab.
Step 3: Tap on Settings icon.
Step 4: Select Delete Account and confirm.

Note: This action is irreversible. All your journals, mood logs, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers immediately.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you cannot access the app, please email us at support@twotypestudioapp.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Not: Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Günlükleriniz, duygu kayıtlarınız ve kişisel verileriniz sunucularımızdan anında ve kalıcı olarak silinecektir.

Seçenek 2: Destek ile İletişim

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, lütfen "Hesabımı Sil" konu başlığı ile support@twotypestudioapp.com adresine e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz 7 iş günü içinde işleme alınacaktır.
