Delete Account & Data

If you wish to delete your Chemify account and any saved molecule data or test progress, follow the steps below in the app.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Step 1: Open the Chemify App.
Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab.
Step 3: Tap on Account Management.
Step 4: Select Delete Account and confirm.

Note: This action is irreversible. All of your personalized element bookmarks, molecule notes, and settings will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@twotypestudioapp.com with the subject "Delete My Chemify Account".
